Making a claim is easy

Ask your vet to submit a claim online, on your behalf
This means that there is no paperwork required and claims can be dealt with much faster! -
Make a claim for repeat meds
Repeat medication claims can be submitted online by logging into your account. -
Track open and closed claims
Once your claim has been received, you'll be able to track it's progress in your account.
The quickest way to make a claim is through your vet, but if your vet doesn’t use our online claim system, you can download a paper claim form to pass to your vet.
Useful information
Cancel your policy
- If you cancel your policy within 14 days of your policy start date and we haven’t paid a claim, we’ll give you a full refund.
- If you cancel after 14 days of your policy start date and we haven’t paid a claim, we’ll refund you for any time left on your policy.
- If you pay for your policy annually and cancel after 14 days and we have paid a claim in this policy year, you wont be due a refund of any premiums.
- If you pay monthly and cancel your policy after 14 days and we have paid a claim in this policy year, you’ll need to pay the remaining premium for this policy year.
