Animal Friends & IVC Evidensia Offer Terms & Conditions – £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
Animal Friends Insurance Services Limited (“Animal Friends”) customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in this promotion.
• The offer is for a £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card when you purchase a new Cat, Dog or Rabbit Lifetime and Equine Time Limited policy from Animal Friends following an introduction from your IVC vet practice.
• The promotion is limited to one £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card per customer for new policies only, even if more than one eligible Cat, Dog, Rabbit or Equine policy is purchased.
To qualify for the offer:
• you must purchase your Animal Friends Cat, Dog, Rabbit or Equine policy through the link provided to you by Animal Friends following an introduction from your IVC vet practice, between 1st May 2026 – 30th June 2026 (dates inclusive).
• Your policy must have been active for a minimum of three (3) months from the policy start date (the “Qualifying period”).
• Your policy must have been paid for in full (if paying annually), or at least three premium payments must have been made (if paying monthly).
• You must have not cancelled or requested a cancellation of the eligible Cat, Dog, Rabbit or Equine policy within the qualifying period.
• Once you have qualified for the offer, please allow up to 14 days after the three-month qualifying period to receive your reward fulfilment email from Animal Friends. This will contain a unique Hawk Select code and a link to the redemption page where you can select your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
• The reward email with the Hawk Select code will be valid for 3 months from the date of the email. If the reward email containing the access link to your voucher code is lost/misplaced, caught in spam filters, or the Reward is not claimed within the 3-month validity period, Animal Friends will not replace the reward.
